Excursions

Heartland will book and pay for one excursion for the employee plus one primary guest. If you would like to book excursions for your additional guest(s), please indicate the selection in your additional guest registration. The fee for the additional excursion will be in addition to the additional guest fees and will be based on the actual price of the excursion. See additional guest fees for more information.

Once your registration is completed, the events team will contact you with your excursion confirmation day and time. The excursions will be assigned based on a first come, first serve basis. We are providing the excursion confirmation early this year so that you have time to fully book/plan the remaining days of your trip.

Please note – once your excursion has been booked, we are unable to change the date and or excursion due to our limited availability and the staffing issues Canada is currently experiencing with excursions and vendors.

If you would like to book additional excursions, you may do so on your own online or onsite at the hotel. You will be responsible for arranging transportation to and from the excursion.
