The Division Manager Diamond Program
DMs can qualify for a Diamond tier based on the goals they set for their division with their respective Regional Vice President.
Monthly Bonus – Ranking Details
You must be a Division Manager and in the respective Diamond Tier for the entire period.
The following rankings are eligible for a bonus:
- Black Diamond – Top 2
- Blue Diamond – Top 3
- Green Diamond – Top 5
- Red Diamond – Top 5
Must install 100% of monthly goal
Must have a 70% WIN percentage or higher
Ranking within each Tier is based on the highest rank score. Scoring by three, uncapped measures:
- Percentage of Goal [1% = 1 rank score]
- WIN Percentage [1% = 1 rank score]
- Stronger Together Margin* of Total Margin [1% = 1 rank score]
*Toteboard credit (e.g. 50%) for referred out & installed deals only
For example, a Division Manager would earn a ranking score of 250 for the following performance:
- 105% of goal [105 rank score]
- 100% WINs [100 rank score]
- 45% Stronger Together Margin [45 rank score]
Quarterly Personal Performance Bonus
- Must be a Division Manager for the entire month for full bonus eligibility. Division Managers coming in mid-quarter will be eligible for a pro-rated bonus.
- Must install 100% of quarterly goal.
- 15% of quarterly installed margin must be Stronger Together referred out margin.
- Must possess a 70% WIN percentage.
- Must have acceptable period-over-period growth relative to the growth of the business as a whole.
