Purpose

Each year, we commit to using the Diamond Conference to celebrate our culture, people and the products and services we provide. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Heartland leaders on our values, the state of the business and the future of our industry. Attendees can also expect a top-notch guest speaker; the ranks of past speakers includes Peyton Manning, Magic Johnson, Greg McKeown and Mel Robbins. Essentially, it’s a Town Hall that’s taking place in sunny Orlando, Florida.

Location

Orlando, nicknamed The City Beautiful, is one of the most visited cities in the world. It’s not hard to understand why when you consider the year-round sunshine, hundreds of lakes that dot the area and the presence of both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.

Diamond Conference attendees will have the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Both hotels are nestled in a nature preserve and surrounded by the Walt Disney World Resort. It’s a beautiful setting for an experience you won’t want to miss. Heartlanders use the Diamond Conference to build relationships, collaborate with the best and brightest in the organization, get a sneak preview of our latest products and more.

Attendance Qualifications

You must rank in the Diamond Program during the second half of the year, and have earned that rank no later than December 31, 2020, to attend the Diamond Conference. To see the Diamond Program qualifications, click here.
