The Diamond Program

    The Diamond Program is Heartland’s premier sales incentive program. It incentivizes stellar sales performance while fostering an element of competition.

    The program is designed to create communities of similarly performing sales professionals who share goals, compare achievements and compete for rewards. Most importantly, the program allows you to earn special benefits, tools and resources to help make you more efficient and create more value for your portfolio.

    New Hire Diamond Qualifications

    Rookies are eligible to qualify for the Diamond Program through their first 3 eligible months at Heartland. Eligibility starts on day 1 of their 2nd calendar month, unless they WIN in their 1st calendar month. In which case, their 1st calendar month begins their eligibility. In order to qualify for Diamond Conference, your 3 months must be completed by December 31st

    • Red Diamond Rookie
      • Install $24,000 in their first 3 eligible months
    • Green Diamond Rookie
      • Install $10,000 in each of their first 4 eligible months

    *Rookie Rehires do not qualify for early entry into the Diamond Program

    Quarterly Bonus – 36,000 points

    Must meet both qualifications in order to earn your quarterly bonus points. These points are earned individually, regardless of ranking.

    1. Achieve $24,000 in installed margin per quarter (avg. $8,000/month)
    2. In all 3 months, must have a minimum of $8,000 installed
    3. Must install 4 referred Stronger Together deals in the quarter

    Monthly Top 5 – 36,000 points

    All Red Diamonds are ranked monthly and the top five are awarded Diamond Incentive Points.

    1. Every $1,000 in installed margin = 1 ranking point (Single deal cap of $50k)
    2. Every $1,000 in referred out & installed margin = 5 ranking points
    3. Early WIN = 4 ranking points
    4. Early All Star = 5 ranking points
    5. Early Distinguished All Star = 6 ranking points
    *All Diamond tiers require an acceptable level of New Margin Health. NMH is measured in the first twelve months of margin. Optimal NMH is between 95% – 105%.*

    1. Achieve $30,000 in installed margin per quarter (avg. $10,000/month)
    2. In all 3 months, must have a minimum of $8,000 installed
    3. Must install 4 referred Stronger Together deals in the quarter

    Monthly Top 5 – 54,000 points

    All Green Diamonds are ranked monthly and the top five are awarded Diamond Incentive Points.

    1. Every $1,000 in installed margin = 1 ranking point (Single deal cap of $50k)
    2. Every $1,000 in referred out & installed margin = 5 ranking points

    All Blue Diamonds are ranked monthly and the top three are awarded Diamond Incentive Points.

    1. Every $1,000 in installed margin = 1 ranking point (Single deal cap of $50k)
    2. Every $1,000 in referred out & installed margin = 5 ranking points
    3. Early WIN = 4 ranking points
    4. Early All Star = 5 ranking points
    5. Early Distinguished All Star = 6 ranking points

    3. Must install 4 referred Stronger Together deals in the quarter

    Monthly Top 3 – 108,000 points

    All Black Diamonds are ranked monthly and the top three are awarded Diamond Incentive Points

    1. Every $1,000 in installed margin = 1 ranking point (Single deal cap of $50k)
    2. Every $1,000 in referred out & installed margin = 5 ranking points
    3. Early WIN = 4 ranking points
    4. Early All Star = 5 ranking points
    5. Early Distinguished All Star = 6 ranking points

    Monthly Top 2 – 150,000 points

    All Double Black Diamonds are ranked monthly and the top 2 are awarded Diamond Incentive Points.

    1. Every $1,000 in installed margin = 1 ranking point (Single deal cap of $50k)
    2. Every $1,000 in referred out & installed margin = 5 ranking points
    3. Early WIN = 4 ranking points
    4. Early All Star = 5 ranking points
    5. Early Distinguished All Star = 6 ranking points

    Cross-Sell Semi-Annual Diamond Bonus 

    Effective July 1st, 2020, all Cross-Sell reps are eligible for the Cross-Sell Semi-Annual Diamond Bonus in place of earning Diamond Residuals.

    • Bonuses amounts are awarded based on the Diamond Tier you complete at the end of 6 months. (For example: If you achieve Green Diamond July-December, your semi-annual bonus will be paid in January for the Green Diamond bonus amount) 
    • Must complete the full 6 month diamond eligibility period to earn the bonus
    • Semi-Annual Bonus Amounts:
      • Red Diamond: $1,000
      • Green Diamond: $2,500
      • Blue Diamond: $3,500
      • Black Diamond: $7,000

    TM Diamond Component

    Effective January 1st, 2017, all Diamond TMs are eligible for this new piece of the Diamond Program.

    • TM’s who are current members of any Diamond tier are eligible for an 8.33% override “DIAMOND CREDIT” on any margin from the Diamond RM/SPA’s on their team.
    • This “CREDIT” will allow TMs to move up in rankings and even earn a new tier.
