Bermuda 2020 Qualifications | June 1 – April 30, 2020

Installed Margin will be weighted differently throughout the contest and will be referred to as Bermuda Margin.

Bermuda Margin only counts for production rankings. Installed Margin will measure sales benchmarks such as WIN, All-Star, etc.

Acceptable amount of New Margin Health is required.

  • Top 38 RMs by Bermuda Margin
  • 8 SPAs by Bermuda Margin
  • Top 2 eBusiness (online payments) Reps by Bermuda Margin
  • Acceptable WIN % over the contest period is required

12 TMs and 4 PTMs by Bermuda Margin

  • Top-producing territories; includes personal Bermuda Margin
  • Average of three eligible direct reports per month
  • 75% Team WINs Required
  • Acceptable WIN % over the contest period is required

For the 2020 Incentive Trip, DMs and PDMs will have the opportunity to earn their spot by achieving stellar results in these four key areas of focus: total installed margin, team WIN %, rookie WIN count and outbound installed Stronger Together margin. Each DM will be ranked based on these criteria in the Diamond category they are in at the end of the contest.

Details of DMs scoring and ranking

  1. Total Margin: 1 point for every 1,000 in Margin 122,200 = 122 points
  2. Team WIN %: 1 point for every Win%  80% WINs = 80 points
  3. New Hire and Rookie WIN Count: 25 points for every rookie WIN.  3 rookie WINs = 75 points
  4. Stronger Together Margin: 1 point for every $1,000 of Installed ST (outbound) Margin = $56,452 = 56.45 points

E.g. – This DM would be ranked against their Diamond peers with 333 points.

DMs’ will be ranked based on the category in which they are when the contest ends. Bermuda Margin does not count in DM rankings. Actual Installed Margin will be used to measure all DM sales benchmarks such as WIN, All-Star, etc.

13 DMs and 2 PDMs

  • Top 2 PDMs
  • Top 2 Black Diamond DMs
  • Top 3 Blue Diamond DMs
  • Top 3 Green Diamond DMs
  • Top 3 Red Diamond DMs
  • Top 2 eBusiness (online payments DM)

1 per region – 10 approved lending deals and top actual (tote) lending margin in each region will win.

  • Every Region has a Winner!
    • In contest period you must have 10 submitted and approved lending deals to qualify.
    • Top Lending margin producer (not Bermuda Margin) from each region will be the Wildcard Winner.
    • Loan renewals do not count towards margin credit.

Installed Margin will be weighted the same throughout the contest but will include the sum of both POS Diamond Margin and Referral Margin trackable in Good Data, This will be referred to as Bermuda Margin.

Bermuda Margin only counts for production rankings. POS installed Margin will measure sales benchmarks such as Diamond MDF, incentive trips, etc.

Dealerships:

  • Top 15 Dealerships’ Bermuda Margin
  • Will get to send 1 plus a guest (must share the room but guest is allowed to come to all business and leisure events)
  • The trip experience will depend on the Diamond color of winning Dealers

Top 2 Major Accounts Performers based on Installed Margin (tote)

  • Installed Margin will count 1X for June 2019
  • Installed Margin will count 2X for Q3  2019
  • Installed Margin will count 1.5X for Q4 2019
  • 2020 Margin for Q1 will be TBD and announced in December 2019

Additional minimum requirements include:

  • Follow Green Sheet and Blue Sheet Criteria as outlined in Enterprise Expectations document
  • Maintain weekly updated SalesForce instance
  • Participate in referral or cross-sell opportunities
