Each individual who qualifies for the 2019 Incentive Trip, along with one guest, will be transported to Deer Valley. We hope to see you where blue skies, green mountains, and wildflowers mingle.

Deer Valley 2019 Qualifications // September 1st – April 30th, 2019

Installed Margin will be weighted differently throughout the duration of the contest and will be referred to as “Deer Valley Margin.”

– September 1st-30th – $1 of Installed Margin = $2.00 of Deer Valley Margin

For example, a deal installed on September 8th for $10,000 of Installed Margin would be worth $20,000 of Deer Valley Margin.

Deer Valley Margin only counts for production rankings. Installed Margin will measure sales benchmarks such as WIN, All-Star, etc. 
  • Top 40 RMs
  • 8 SPAs by Deer Valley Margin
  • Top 2 Inside Sales Reps by Deer Valley Margin

Must WIN in 7 of 8 months.

15 TMs & 5 PTMs by Deer Valley Margin

  • Top Producing Territories; includes personal Deer Valley Margin
  • Average of 3 eligible direct reports per month
  • 75% Team Wins Required
  • TMs must WIN 7 of 8 Months

As always, we believe it’s crucial that the qualifications not only help determine who wins the trip but also help drive your long-term success and push you closer to your personal goals.

Below are the qualifications for all Division Managers:

  • Percentage to DM Goal 1% = 1 Point (e.g.  80% of goal = 80 points)
  • Team Win %  1% = 1 Point (e.g. 73 % Wins = 73 points)
  • In this example, the DM total this month would be 153 points.

* Monthly AVG goal must be $20,000 or greater to be considered

*As always, margin credit is capped at $50k per deal

  • Top 2 PDMs
  • Top 2 Black Diamond DMs
  • Top 5 Blue Diamond DMs
  • Top 4 Green Diamond DMs
  • Top 3 Red Diamond DMs

  • Top 10 eCommerce Stronger Together Referrals. *Minimum of 10 deals & $20,000 in margin to qualify.
