Heartland’s 2017 Incentive Trip to Palmetto Bluff will be unlike any other. Each individual who qualifies for the trip, along with one guest, will receive a trip to the incredible Montage Palmetto Bluff resort.

Qualifications

Top 45 Producing Sales Professionals

  • Must have a WIN in 5 of the 6 months of the trip qualification period

Top 5 Territory Managers

  • Top producing Territories; includes personal margin
  • Average of 3 eligible direct reports per month
  • 75% WINS

TM/PTM’s – Top 10 Growth

  • Total Rookie Production (as a monthly avg)
  • 3 months minimum as a TM

Division Managers who have reached a Diamond tier and are included in one of the following groups below will be invited on the incentive trip.

Black Diamond – Top 5

Blue Diamond – Top 5

Green Diamond – Top 4

Red Diamond – Top 3


The top 2 Payroll Division Managers (based on the qualifications below) who did not qualify for a Diamond category spot will be invited.

Equal weighting:

  • Eligible head count growth
  • Win percentage

The top 2 Pre-Diamond Division Managers (based on the qualifications below) also will be invited.

  • Referred total installed margin

  • Must meet minimum production standards: Minimum of $25,000 closed referrals from 6 or more closed deals
